I have been working on enjoying the moment. Whether it is a moment of work or rest, it should still be honored.
Now, there is a concept more easily said than done!
So, I wrote myself a little prose to remind myself (and anyone else if they needed some reminding)
Embrace time as if it were an intimate friend.
Our response to time is our response to living.
Whether it be provocation or suppression… or any approach in between…
Our reaction to each moment consequently activates the fibers of our life.
The seconds in an hour… in a day… are the foundation to our existence.
What kind of energy does your foundation encompass?

I also found some quotes on the subject…
“Day, n. A period of twenty-four hours, mostly misspent.”
Ambrose Bierce
“If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?”
John Wooden
“Know how to live the time that is given you.”
Dario Fo
“Lost time is never found again.”
Benjamin Franklin
