  1. Oh, HIIIII hun. I have been following along a bit on FB so am so elated to hear the diet is going so well for you. May need to try something like that myself at some point so you will be my go-to person for sure. I have missed you! How are you, momma? Are you enjoying your summer? New job?     • Day 14!!!! :) Over the weekend I bumped up the probiotics and I added something called Wild Oregano Oil (it clears out viruses and bad bacteria). So my energy is low, but just because INSIDE so much good stuff is happening. The woman who developed the diet said you should take off three weeks when you are on the diet! I wish!!!! :) Again, thankful for my supportive and amazing job where I can dress comfy and it feels like I am helping others by letting them in on my own journey. :) Summer has been great… but I am looking forward to better health! :) And we have a 2nd anniversary (2 years already!) trip planned for California in October! :) How are you!?!?!
