FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE YOU CURRENTLY TAKING CLIENTS?

I am currently taking clients for my Quarterly Planning Intensive at this time. If you’re interested in working with me in this capacity, feel free to check out the details and take next steps here.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES?

Possibly! I love collaborating, and… I’m extremely intentional about who I collaborate with. Not based on numbers, but on value to my audience. If you feel like we would be a great fit to collaborate, send a note through the above form on how you could add value to my audience along with details around what type of collaboration you’re interested in.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS IN PERSON?

While it’s rare in this online day and age, I have been known to facilitate some in-person strategic planning sessions. If you’re interested in my Quarterly Planning Intensive and would love to host an in-person offsite with your team, reach out and let’s talk!

WHAT’S MY ROI FOR ANNUAL/QUARTERLY BUSINESS PLANNING?

Great question! Calculating ROI looks like (Gain–Cost)/Gain.
So consider the cost of working together. Both the investment and your team time in participating. In the online world we’re fortunate to avoid things like travel, meals, accommodation, etc - but if in-person is important to you, make sure to factor that in. Then consider the value of having your entire company focused on, aligned around, and successfully executing the most important priorities for the quarter. If you calculate your team payroll for the quarter and ambitiously expect they are working on focused, results-based activities 75% of the time without a well laid out plan, that’s still 25% of their efforts and your payroll going to misaligned activities that aren’t moving the needle. The ROI from planning generally comes in the form of opportunity cost where you and the team are focused on the wrong priorities or initiatives, directly impacting company profit.
