free!: 101+ KEYS to Becoming Vibrantly & Deliciously ALIVE

I’m so excited to have you here for this episode because, while my entrepreneurial friends are likely going to have exposure to this concept, I think it’s one of those understated things that we don’t really talk about outside entrepreneurship much  that contribute a ton to our life experience, especially when we find ourselves feeling a little “off”.

This handy and simple way of becoming more aligned with yourself is something I go back to again & again myself. It’s become a bit of a check in moment that I do pretty frequently and has served me so well that I feel like I need to share.

When we talk about living a life of purpose and intention, there’s always a bit of self-exploration that comes with living this way because how can you if you don’t begin to understand who you are at your core and what you believe.

In this episode, we’re going to talk about personal core values and what that really means in practice, along with:

  • How to identify what your personal core values are
  • How to use them to guide your life
  • Practical ways to “check in” with yourself to make sure you’re on the right track

My goal is for you to walk away with the awareness of what your values are and how you can always come home to them. This will help you time and time again make decisions, feel true to yourself and skip out on any confusion about how you should be showing up in life. So stay tuned and let’s do this!
